The Sefat Emet is one of the most highly regarded Hasidic Torah commentators. His major work, Sefat Emet al HaTorah, is a vast array of timeless wisdom, deriving from Torah and based in tenets of Hasidism and Kabbalah.  We will be using Arthur Green's translation, The Language of Truth, in coming to our own understanding of the Sefat Emet's commentary and figuring out how his commentary may guide us in the way we live our lives today. Everything will be in English!

 

Our Teacher:  Hannah Teitel-Greene, a long-time PCS member, is currently studying Jewish Mysticism and Kabbalah at Sarah Lawrence College. She welcomes all adults in the community, their friends (members or non-members) as well as interested teens to this study.
